What's Covered and How We Support You

  • Coverage Details

    Our non-transferable limited warranty covers parts and labor for the original purchaser from the delivery date.
    Inspira Series printers include a 3-year warranty and R-Series printers include a 1-year warranty.

  • Support Access

    Obtain phone or email support, warranty repair, or return merchandise authorization during the warranty period as needed.

  • Resolution & Replacement

    We assess damage, handle repairs or replacements, and ensure your printer operates seamlessly. Replacement parts or printers may be new or refurbished to LogoJET's standard of quality.

  • Inventory of All Parts

    LogoJET has inventory of all parts needed in Lafayette, LA headquarters.
