How do I return an item?

Returns: All unopened, items returned within 48 hrs of initial receipt will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), the LogoJET shipping/receiving department will examine the items and determine their condition. Upon confirmation of the acceptable state of the returned item, LogoJET will then issue a credit for the full amount of the item less the restocking fee. The customer is solely responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any items returned after 30 days will be subject to restocking fees up to 20% (this includes charge backs). We do not accept returns of any nature after 12 months. For more information please contact the Customer Service Department.

Exchanges: In the event that a customer has placed an order in error or wishes to swap one unopened item for another, please inform the LogoJET customer service department of intent as soon as possible by telephone or email. In most cases a simple exchange process will include a full credit for the the unwanted item toward the purchase of any newer item(s). Any additional costs (i.e. the difference in price for more expensive items) including the exchange shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that the customer wishes to exchange a product for another of lesser value, the resulting balance will be made available as online store credit for future purchases.

Parts : All orders with electrical component parts are considered 'special order' and can be damaged if mishandled or installed incorrectly. LogoJET reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges on these items.

Order Cancellation: Once an order has been approved and processed through the shopping cart the customer must cancel the order within 12 hours of order completion to avoid any cancellation fees. If the item (s) has shipped, there will be an administrative restocking fee applied.
