Shipping & Deliveries

Shipping Methods Shipping Practices

LogoJET works closely in conjunction with FedEx, UPS, and RL Carriers for all shipments. (Except in the case of some LTL shipments, other freight forwarders may be used). We are happy to provide shipping quotes at any time. Please contact us for information. For customers that wish to provide their own shipping account number, only FedEx accounts will be accepted.

Shipping Damage: All received shipments should be visually examined to determine if any damage to the packaging has occurred during shipment. In the event that damage or mishandling is detected, please note this next to your signature on the courier’s document. The customer should then take pictures adequately documenting the alleged damage. Then please contact your LogoJET USA sales person immediately to report the damage, so we may file a claim and arrange for replacement of damaged items.
Note: Do not discard the shipping/packaging materials. All shipment claims must be filed by shipping account holder.

Partial Shipment: If your invoice or packing list indicates that an item(s) was back ordered, it will typically ship out within a few days unless you have been otherwise informed.

Incomplete Shipments: If it is determined that certain items on your order are missing and have not been back ordered(as shown on the invoice or packing list), contact your LogoJET USA sales representative immediately (within 3 days of receipt of the items). Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing (preferably email) no later than 72 hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, LogoJET USA and the client will operate under the assumption that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that LogoJET USA’s performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Sales Tax: Tax laws vary by state and jurisdiction. LogoJET may be required by law to collect and remit sales tax on transactions shipped in certain states. LogoJET currently is registered to charge and collect sales tax in the following states; LA, NY, CA, FL, IL, MI, MN, NJ, NC, OK, PA, WA, OH, TX, SC, GA, WI, AZ, IN, TN, CO and VA. For other states not named, you may still be required to remit sales or use tax to your local tax authority. LogoJET assumes no responsibility for payment of any sales or use taxes unless we have collected these taxes. We are only responsible to remit the amount we have collected. Some states have an exemption by law in which case we require a copy of exemption certificate filled out for our files. Please consult with your tax advisor on this matter.
