Dear Valued Partner,
We’ve received many inquiries about whether we plan to raise prices in response to the recent tariff uncertainty. To provide clarity in a fluid and evolving environment, we are guaranteeing no price increases on printers, inks, and supplies through May 15.
Recent changes in international trade policy have introduced a tariff of 10% to as much as 145% on imported goods. We understand how these developments can raise concerns about the cost of essential equipment, and I want to share how LogoJET is managing these changes to protect your business from disruption.
Our printers are manufactured in South Korea, a strong and reliable trading partner of the United States. Because of this relationship, South Korea is minimally impacted by the newly imposed tariffs. This strategic choice allows us to continue delivering premium-quality printers with minimal potential impacts from tariffs.
Additionally, our H2GH and H2DX inks—manufactured here in the United States—are not subject to international tariffs. As a result, we are maintaining current pricing on these inks with no planned increases.
At LogoJET, we are continuously working to strengthen our supply chain and operations to shield those we serve from external economic pressures. Our goal is to ensure uninterrupted access to the high-quality products and support you’ve come to expect. Our desire is to continue to keep prices as low as possible; however, after May 15, we will re-evaluate the situation in light of ongoing changes to U.S. tariff policy.
Thank you for choosing LogoJET. If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Warm regards,

Susan Cox
