Whether you’re new to UV printing or expanding your production line, this plan removes the hassle and uncertainty that often comes with third-party purchases. Rest assured—you’ll receive expert help to diagnose the printer, identify what’s needed, and get fully operational as quickly as possible.
What the $1,499.00 Onboarding Fee (Year 1) Includes:
- Full Technical & System Onboarding
- Official registration of your printer in LogoJET’s system (asset setup and account link)
- Remote diagnostic evaluation of the printer’s mechanical and software condition - Premium Access to U.S.-Based Support
- Direct phone and email access to our U.S.-based technical support team
- Remote troubleshooting for hardware/software issues - Training to set you up for success
- Checklist of consumables, software updates, spare parts, or adjustments needed to bring your printer to production-ready status
- Up to 4 hours of remote training on how to operate printer and software and maintain the printer
