• 1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by LogoJET (“Sponsor”), 301 Prides Xing, Lafayette, LA 70508. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Graphics Pro, or any media partner through which it is promoted.
• 2. Eligibility
  The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) in AL and NE; twenty-one (21) in MS) as of the date of entry, and who are business owners, employees, or decision-makers in the printing, signage, decoration, awards, promotional products, packaging, or manufacturing trades. The following persons are not eligible:
  - Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies;
  - Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses) and members of the same household of those persons, whether or not related; and
  - Any party professionally connected to the development or administration of the Giveaway.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• 3. Promotion Period The Giveaway begins on 6/29/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on 7/31/2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.
• 4. How to Enter During the Promotion Period, complete the entry form above with the requested information (including first name, last name, business email address, and company name). Entry is free. Submitting a completed form constitutes one (1) entry. All entry information must be accurate and complete. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by script or automated means, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
• No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
• 5. Entry Limit
  Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Promotion Period. Any attempt to enter more than the stated limit, or to use multiple email addresses or identities, will void all of that entrant’s entries.
• 6. Winner Selection and Odds
  Sponsor will select one hundred fifty (150) potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor (or its designated representative), whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• 7. Prize
  One hundred fifty (150) prizes are available. Each prize is one (1) LogoJET “Endless Possibilities” UV printing sample kit, consisting of printed samples and informational materials illustrating LogoJET direct-to-object UV printing. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize: $10. Total ARV of all prizes: $1500. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person, business, or household.
• 8. Winner Notification and Claim
  Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. A potential winner may be required to confirm a valid U.S. shipping address and to verify eligibility before a prize is awarded. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, fails to respond, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting. Prizes will be shipped to verified winners within approximately fourteen (14) days of confirmation.
• 9. Taxes
  All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Given the value of each prize, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing tax forms; however, if the value of any prize awarded to a single individual meets or exceeds the
  applicable IRS reporting threshold, the winner may be required to complete and return a Form W-9, and Sponsor may issue a Form 1099. Confirm current thresholds with your advisor.
• 10. General Conditions
  By entering, each entrant agrees
  to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, or acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries or communications, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. If the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law.
• 11. Release and Limitation of Liability
  By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• 12. Privacy
  Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Sponsor may use the information provided to administer the Giveaway and, where consent is given or otherwise permitted by law, to contact entrants about LogoJET products and services.
• 13. Winners List

• 14. Governing Law
  These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located
  in Lafayette, Louisiana.
• 15. Void Where Prohibited
  The Giveaway is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
