LogoJET proudly announces the promotion of Rob Lawrence to Technical Support Manager. This move reinforces LogoJET’s commitment to providing five-star support and enhancing its customer experience as the company continues to grow.
Rob has been serving in a senior capacity, running lead in supporting LogoJET's large flatbed series and naturally leading LogoJET’s support team nationwide on advanced level support needs. His promotion formalizes a role he has already been excelling in—bringing strong leadership, calmness under pressure, and sound decision-making to the forefront of LogoJET’s Technical Support operations.
Rob brings more than 15 years of relevant experience in production and manufacturing management, with deep knowledge of signage, custom fabrication, and process optimization. Prior to joining LogoJET, Rob was the Production Manager at GDS Architectural Signage Solutions, where he oversaw high-volume, custom signage projects and led operations through a successful facility expansion. His track record includes building teams from the ground up, implementing efficient workflows, and managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships—all of which position him well to scale LogoJET’s support operations.

In his new role, Rob will oversee the entire Technical Support Team and report directly to Josh McNaughton.
