Extended Warranty, 1 Year Limited. Includes diagnostic service via phone, during published support business hours, to determine whether parts require service or replacement. Includes parts and printer repair or replacement, excluding consumables such as: dampers, cap tops, wiper blades, ink lines & needles, encoder strip, UV lamp filters and print heads.
If LogoJET determines a printer or part requires replacement, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to Purchaser. The Purchaser is responsible for securely packaging the defective printer or component, and returning the defective item(s) within (5) business days of receiving the replacement part. If the defective part is not received by LogoJET within 30 days, the replacement part will be billable to the Purchaser at the current published price. If the returned item(s) show signs of neglect, improper care, lack of maintenance or abuse, the replacement part will be billable to the Purchaser at the current published price.
